Our Philosophy
Pury Hill Ltd is a family run business, dedicated to providing the best facilities and offices with the minimal impact on the environment. Neill and Julie Taylor started the business in 1992, as a partnership, and incorporated in 1996. The country estate-style properties are all unique in design, size, and detailing, thereby offering office space to accommodate the needs of most businesses. Neill designed the buildings, and our own team of experts built them. Wherever possible, at all our sites, we have used the highest quality reclaimed building materials, combined with the most up-to-date environmentally friendly technology. This has allowed us to reduce our carbon footprint whilst keeping the local vernacular style.
We have a wide range of properties from new build at Pury Hill Business Park; a converted former water mill at Cuttle Mill Business Park; to offices are workshops converted farm buildings at Home Farm Business Park.
At Pury Hill Business Park, our purpose-built commercial premises, with modern interior design and first class facilities, can meet all your business needs, with all the benefits of high speed communication, and technology support. We have also strived to create the perfect environment for your company’s greatest asset: the people who work there. The offices look out over cobbled paths, landscaped courtyards, and beautiful open parkland, designed by Julian Dowle, a RHS Chelsea Flower Show multi award winner. At lunchtime or when you need to think, there are dedicated country walks that are only accessible to our Tenants. It is our goal to create the perfect setting for maximising productivity within a stress free environment that makes us unique.
Pury Hill Business Park is our flagship business community, while Cuttle Mill Business Park and Home Farm Business Park offer lower priced accommodation for more price sensitive businesses.
All three Business Parks are within easy reach of Central Milton Keynes (down the A5) and Northampton (A43), as well as the M1 (J15 or J15A) and the M40 Junction 10. London is also only a 35 minutes train ride from CMK station. All vital amenities such as banks, petrol stations and supermarkets are within 5 minutes of each Business Park. We believe we have the perfect locations with great road and rail links, but away from all the hustle and bustle.

Our offices have good motorway and A-road links to local towns Daventry, Northampton, Wolverton and Buckingham, and plenty of parking to suit all your needs.

Pury Hill Ltd can also offer commercial units to let for storage, workshops and warehousing starting at 200sq ft. Our stylish properties in tranquil settings can offer a secure space to produce and store goods and supplies. These commercial premises are close to local towns Towcester, Wolverton, Milton Keynes and Banbury, with excellent road links.
