Pury Hill Ltd will work with you to find a bespoke lease package – one that best suits your needs today and is affordable. Our extensive building portfolio also means that we have the ability to vary our offering as your future business and property needs change.
We can offer leases on terms from 18 months to ten years with fixed annual rents and services charges for up to five years. If necessary, after twelve months’ occupancy, the client can give six months’ notice at any time up to the end of the lease.
Before you take up the occupancy, we shall completely redecorate the property and if required, fit new carpeting in your choice of colour. Floor boxes will be reconfigured free of charge to meet your office desks layout. We can recommend local companies from whom you can rent or buy any furniture you require, as well as arrange for your IT needs to be fulfilled by our own contractors. Our aim is to make your move as easy as possible.
The Lease – this is a simple 20-page document that can be emailed on request. Once we have agreed all elements within the document, we print and bind two hard copies for signature.
The Timing – the whole process of agreeing the Lease terms can take as little as 24 hours, depending on the urgency and complexity of your requirements.
