These vary across the three business parks, but common to all of them are:

- A daily postal service at Cuttle Mill and Home Farm
- A postbox and twice daily postal service at Pury Hill
At Pury Hill we have two cafes both offering meals and snacks at very reasonable prices:
The Pury Hill Cafe, set in a portacabin, and open Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm. Prem, the owner, offers a range of hot and cold snacks including a wide range of sandwiches, baps and baguettes, plus hot and cold drinks. Eat in or takeaway.
On Fridays, The Cygnets bistro, based in the Old Barn, is open from noon-1.30pm. All the food is cooked onsite by the SWAN Rural Enterprise Centre’s catering students using, wherever possible, locally sourced ingredients including from their own garden. There is also an adjacent large deck area set in the Pond Courtyard for al fresco eating during the Summer.
Both offer on site catering services also offer catering services for meetings, conferences, or other events - delivered to the door.
