See what our clients have to say about being part of our Business Parks communities:
“SKM Enviros relocated to Pury Hill from offices in Greens Norton in October 2003, Pury Hill is a lovely and picturesque place to come to work every day, surrounded by countryside and close enough to any amenities.
It is a delight to work in such open surroundings with no traffic thundering past and green open spaces to walk in during lunch breaks or you can always sit on the balcony if walking isn’t your style and although rural, catering facilities are provided on site.
Visitors always compliment us on the lovely setting in which we work.”

“Wish Communications are situated in Home Ground Barn since relocating to Pury Hill in September 2010. It’s great to have such a fantastic Head Office location in the heart of rural Northamptonshire, on an extremely well maintained and pleasant site, which has been greatly admired by our many visitors and suppliers.
It is also a real plus to have additional facilities on-site such as the cafe, bistro, the beautiful lake and landscaped outside dining areas to enjoy lunch. There are also plenty of car parking spaces, whilst still being close enough to Towcester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, and the main motorway networks.
Moving to Pury Hill has enabled our business to continue to grow, in a wonderful working environment for all our employees based at Head Office who support our customers, external sales team, and four other regional offices throughout the UK.”

“Opus relocated to Briary Barn in April 2008, where we found the ideal premises to create the perfect working environment for our agency. A recent trip past our previous building near Northampton General hospital has only reinforced the benefits of being here:
- Pleasant location in the country with areas to walk / eat lunch outside
- Away from town centre traffic jams, yet convenient access to Towcester and Milton Keynes
- A client impressing building
- Plenty of parking ”

“Flowmaster moved to the Pury Hill Business Park in October 1997. We are in a very pleasant location, the quality of the offices and site are superb and there is plenty of (free) car parking. Visitors to our offices are constantly complimenting us on all these aspects. Having dealt with absentee landlords in the past, the big advantage for us at Pury Hill is that the landlord is on site if we need anything doing.”

“Life at Cuttle Mill is never dull! There have been a lot of changes taking place in the last 3 years of occupying the top level of the farmhouse and certainly many improvements to the landscape have been made. Having built the Great Wall of China they are now building the Forth Road Bridge and we all hope to enjoy the surroundings on completion very soon, I can’t wait for the opening!”

“Hagerty International relocated their offices from Silverstone Circuit to Pury Hill Business Park in December of 2009. This was a major move for a small, relatively new company, of eleven staff. The decision to move to Pury Hill was taken after we had reviewed several other alternatives but felt that overall, Pury Hill had more to offer. The Business Park is very well presented and the sympathetic way that the buildings have been designed and built give it an air of light and space in what is a very picturesque location. The proprietor was very helpful in both negotiating a competitive rate and ensuring that our move into the new office was smooth and painless. Hagerty occupies ‘The Arch Barn’ which has been well thought out and provides everything that a company of our size could need to run our operations successfully. In addition the location provides a very relaxed and calming environment for the staff to work in and the onsite café and country walks that have been incorporated onto the site add additional benefits.”

“We have been in the Hayloft for just over a year, having moved from a smaller unit as our business has grown and remain really pleased with our move. The atmosphere at Pury Hill is always relaxed, quiet and contemplative and the buildings contribute to the surroundings very well and we have lost count of how many times we are asked “How old is this building?”, a great talking point in our Training Centre!”

“Our Rural Enterprise Centre was created at Pury Hill in order to offer educational opportunities to young people and adults, to help them to appreciate and learn the skills needed to live and work in a rural area.
We could not have chosen a more appropriate place. Adults and young people are all stunned by the beautiful location and enjoy working in the peaceful surroundings. We are a social enterprise and enjoy using our Bistro two days a week to offer home cooked lunches and a meeting place to the other businesses on site. With the assistance of the owner of Pury Hill, we shall soon be growing our own vegetables for the bistro and we are looking to open a retail unit, where those who work at the other businesses at Pury Hill can purchase home baked food as well as vegetables and honey produced on site.”
