Meeting & Conference Rooms at Pury Hill Business Park

At Pury Hill Business Park, our offices have built-in conference and meeting room facilities. In addition, the Grafton House Suite conference room is available for internal and external hire. This is fully equipped with a large conference table and chairs, air conditioning, high speed broadband and TV screens. Moreover, our on-site Café provides high quality catering.

The business park is very centrally located, 6 miles from Junction 15 of the M1, 18 miles from Junction 10 of the M40. Additionally, Pury Hill is near Milton Keynes and Northampton, and close to Buckingham and Bedford. Furthermore, with the easy proximity of the A43 and A5, the Park is also easily accessed from the M40.

In addition to Meeting & Conference facilities, a number of our clients arrange to use the Park for invitational events over a weekend. The Park management is certainly open to these opportunities.

There’s plenty of free parking all around the business park, as well as four newly installed EV charging points.

Stone Barn

Grafton House, Ground Floor

This recently refurbished boardroom sits within Grafton House which was built last year.

Its sympathetic design; mixing modern with new has meant it retains it’s beautiful Georgian appearance both internally and externally, whilst ensuring the building operates as efficiently as possible (scoring an EPC rating A).

This room can accommodate up to 16 people if adding a second table (or otherwise 8 around the single table). The room is fully equipped with Air conditioning, TV screen and projector, and fibre broadband. Additional catering can be ordered through our site café.
