Using our IntelliCare platform and a wide range of mobile and IoT devices we deliver solutions to care providers to cut through the technical jungle and just deliver better care to vulnerable people. This helps them live, safely, at home for longer, saving money for everyone and improving quality of life.  

Oysta Technology is about 20 people today, but profitable, and growing fast. Based just outside Milton Keynes at Pury Hill Business Park near Towcester and Northampton on a scenic office park with walks, café and a gym, we are looking for several new people to expand our team.

SOCOTEC is the UK’s leading provider of testing, inspection and compliance services, with comprehensive solutions in Infrastructure & Energy, Environment & Safety and Building Control & Fire Consultancy.

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and confident person to join the rapidly growing Health and Safety Consultancy Division in a Client Support role within our Northants office.

You will be working as part of a small support team on the Pury Hill Business Park. This is a fast-paced role, so organisation and time management are key.


  • Supporting existing clients with scheduling of work in a timely manner
  • Taking an active role in assisting new clients and agreeing outputs based on clients’ needs
  • Raising sales orders and requesting purchase orders
  • Working on various client online portals
  • Day to day scheduling of the field staff
  • Ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and driving KPI’s and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis
  • Collate and prepare performance information for monthly, quarterly and annual contractual performance reviews
  • Diary management across all divisions in H&S, Assurance, CDM, Energy and Training
  • Managing and distributing information within the office and to clients
  • Proactive when dealing with client enquiries


  • Relevant experience with administrative and clerical procedures or a qualification in business administration desirable
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety services desirable
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

Own transport is essential due to the rural location. The hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday. Benefits are available after 3 months’ probation.
