Lease Terms & Conditions

Bespoke and Flexible Lease Package for the Current Economic Climate

We recognise that it is important to control your costs and have flexible options. Pury Hill Ltd will work with you to find a bespoke leasing package – one that best suits your immediate needs and is affordable.

Lease options:

  • From 3 years to 10 years.
  • Fixed annual rents and Annual Charges for up to 3 years.
  • Cuttle Mill serviced offices – a 12 months’ licence.

The lease is a simple 20-page document that can be emailed on request. Once we have agreed all elements within the document, we print and bind two hard copies for signature.

Our commitment to you:

Before you take up occupancy, we will:

  • Completely redecorate the property, if required.
  • Fit new carpeting in your choice of colour, if required.
  • Recommend local companies for furniture rental or purchase.
  • Arrange for your IT needs to be fulfilled by our own contractors at a very competitive rate.
  • Make your move as easy as possible!

Timing—the whole process of agreeing the Lease terms can take as little as 24 hours, depending on the urgency and complexity of your requirements. We will always endeavour to work to your preferred timeline.
