About our meeting room

Located at the heart of Pury Hill Business Park, the Grafton House Suite is a fully equipped conference room available for both internal and external hire. It features air conditioning, large TV screens, and optional catering provided by our on-site café. Pury Hill is ideally situated just 6 miles from Junction 15 of the M1 and lies midway between Milton Keynes and Northampton (10 miles from each), making it a convenient meeting point. Ample free parking is available across the site, along with four newly installed EV charging points for added convenience.

Grafton House, First Floor

The space has a 86-inch screen and premium soundbar. The space comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests seated and comes fully equipped with whiteboards, flipcharts, and all the essentials. The room also features a private kitchenette stocked with premium coffee, tea, and refreshments.

Event Space

Our event space in the basement of Grafton House is available for corporate events, workshops, and evening client entertaining. There is also a beautiful walled garden, perfect for summer celebrations and drinks receptions. Operated by our family as part of The Shire Retreat, the venue accommodates up to 120 guests seated and up to 200 standing. Please reach out for more information and to receive our brochures.
