At Pury Hill Business Park, there is one conference room, Grafton House Suite which is available for internal and external hire. It’s fully equipped with air conditioning, TV screens plus our site Café can provide catering.
The business park is very centrally located and only 6 miles from Junction 15 of M1 and equi-distant to Milton Keynes and Northampton (10 miles to each).
There’s plenty of free parking all around the business park, as well as four newly installed EV charging points.
This recently refurbished boardroom sits within Grafton House which was built last year.
Its sympathetic design; mixing modern with new has meant it retains it’s beautiful Georgian appearance both internally and externally, whilst ensuring the building operates as efficiently as possible (scoring an EPC rating A).
This room can accommodate up to 16 people if adding a second table (or otherwise 8 around the single table). The room is fully equipped with Air conditioning, TV screen and projector, and fibre broadband. Additional catering can be ordered through our site café.
