Meeting & Conference Rooms at Pury Hill Business Park
At Pury Hill Business Park, there are two conference rooms (Stone Barn Suite and Grafton House Suite) available for internal and external hire. Each room is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV screens plus our site Café Bandit can provide catering.
The business park is very centrally located and only 6 miles from Junction 15 of M1 and equi-distant to Milton Keynes and Northampton (10 miles to each).
There’s plenty of free parking all around the business park, as well as four newly installed EV charging points.
This boardroom has been recently refurbished earlier this year, and completed to a sophisticated specification.
Fully equipped with air conditioning, free wifi and an 85 “ 4K display screen and a boardroom table that can accommodate up to 18 persons. The room itself can comfortably accommodate up to 26 persons.
Tea, coffee, water and a selection of biscuits are provided and there is plenty of free parking outside. Buffet breakfast is available for a cost of £7 / person, and the a buffet lunch for £7.50 / person.

This recently refurbished boardroom sits within Grafton House which was built last year.
Its sympathetic design; mixing modern with new has meant it retains it’s beautiful Georgian appearance both internally and externally, whilst ensuring the building operates as efficiently as possible (scoring an EPC rating A).
This room can accommodate up to 16 people if adding a second table (or otherwise 8 around the single table). The room is fully equipped with Air conditioning, TV screen and projector, and fibre broadband. Additional catering can be ordered through our site café.
