At Pury Hill, we have our own site maintenance team to ensure we deal with any works requests or issues promptly, as well as help keep costs to a minimum for our office tenants.  Our tenants also benefit from cheap electricity (fixed until October 2025).  The long term plan is to supply all of our electricity via a local solar farm, which again will ensure electricity remains as competitive as possible for our business park.

Leases

At Pury Hill, we recognise that companies’ growth and space requirements can quickly change.  For Tenants looking to upsize elsewhere around the business park, we can break their lease to acommodate this move (provided it’s at least a 50% gain in sq ft).  Over the years we have moved numerous companies around the business park, assisting with their business growth wherever possible.
