We regularly accommodate Tenants’ upsizing elsewhere around the business park (without Tenants’ incurring any surrender fee). Over the years we have moved numerous companies around the business park, assisting with their business growth wherever possible.

We offer either a 6 year lease with a mutual 3 year break date, or a fixed 5 year term for a discounted rent at year 1.
