At Pury Hill, we recognise that companies’ growth and space requirements can quickly change. We regularly accommodate Tenants’ upsizing elsewhere around the business park (without Tenants’ incurring any surrender fee). Over the years we have moved numerous companies around the business park, assisting with their business growth wherever possible.

There are two 1 Gbps fibre optic cables supplying the whole business park, ensuring a reliable super high-speed internet connection. Also, our IT services team are based onsite to ensure our occupiers receive the best possible service.
Our Site Cafe is run by Towbury Court Fine Foods is open from 8.30am until 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, and offer daily lunch specials as well as cater for our site Meeting & Conference Rooms
The Business Park is strategically located between two expanding commercial centres. Modern rural offices close to Milton Keynes and Northampton (only 10 miles to each). Our proximity to the A5 and Milton Keynes Central Train Station, makes the journey into Central London extremely straightforward (a 30 minute train from MK Central into London Euston).
At Pury Hill Business Park, we have developed rural yet modern offices that retain the characteristics and appearances of traditional agricultural barns whilst ensuring they remain highly energy efficient commercial offices. Our buildings are built from reclaimed building materials (including bricks, stone, slates, flooring, windows and doors) as part of our sustainability ethos. All supplied by our reclamation yard just up the A5 Watling Reclamation.
